Onsite Engineer - Dublin 4


We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our support team. You will provide onsite support for end users based on our client site in UCD. You will be the primary point of contact for all IT related queries, managing calls through our ticket management system. You will be responsible for maintaining the clients’ hardware and software, while also installing and configuring new hardware such as laptops and PC’s according to the clients spec. This role will suit someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and who is passionate about technology and taking their career to the next level.

You will report to the Technical Director.


3 + years working in a technical support environment

Virtualization knowledge such as VMware or Hyper-V

Deployment and management of Windows servers

Office 365 deployment and administration

Local and Off-site Backup systems

Client PC/Laptop troubleshooting, maintenance and hardware replacement

Desktop imaging/deployment solutions such as Microsoft Deployment Workbench

Skills Requirements:

Good Communication Skills

Very Good Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Techniques

Broad knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Windows server, Office365, Exchange)

Very Good Server Administration Skills

Active Directory and Group Policy Management knowledge is essential

Contract Type: Permanent Position

Education Requirements: Microsoft Certifications although not essential are desirable

Sales Executive


Due to strong growth in the demand for our products and services, we are hiring a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The role will sell Managed IT Service solutions and products to the larger SME and Enterprise level markets. The Candidate should have extensive experience in selling Managed IT Solutions, Client / Server, Managed Cloud, Helpdesk Support, Microsoft Server, Workstation, Office 365 Deployments, Firewall, Anti-Virus, DR, Network, Cloud and VOIP Technologies. You will report to the Managing Director and CFO. You must hold a Full Clean Driver’s License.


Proven ability to work closely with customer and develop excellent working relationships

Must be agile and able to adjust quickly to many different situations and challenges

Must be a fast learner with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences

Solid technical sales or account management background ideally in one or more of the following areas: Managed Service Contracts, Cloud Solutions, Client / Server, desktop deployments, mobility, networking, security, system administration and technical architecture.

Business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change at all levels

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing client demands

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with all levels of customer personnel.

Excellent communication handling clients’ needs and requirements

3 Yrs + Experience in Technical Sales

Start Date: Immediate

Education Requirements:

Qualifications in Sales / Marketing and or Computing/Engineering would be an advantage to this role. IT Industry certifications would be beneficial also.
