Senior Technical Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Field Engineer to join our busy IT solutions team serving our customers in the Leinster region. You will be responsible for Office 365 deployments and migrations, Server installations, Network upgrades and recommendations and complex IT troubleshooting.

The Candidate should have extensive experience in: IT Support, Microsoft Server, Workstation, Office 365 Deployments, Network and Cloud Technologies.

You will report to the Operations Manager and the Technical Director. You must hold a Full Clean Driver’s License.

Skills Requirements:

The candidate should be hardworking, self-motivated and have the confidence to work on their initiative. You must be capable of responding to customer needs on demand and possess excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working as part of a team and be driven to achieve success as a team.

Education Requirements:

Microsoft Certification although not essential is desirable

Experience Required:

5 Yrs + Experience in Senior position

The role will sell Managed IT Service solutions and products to the larger SME and Enterprise level markets. The Candidate should have extensive experience in selling Managed IT Solutions, Client / Server, Managed Cloud, Helpdesk Support, Microsoft Server, Workstation, Office 365 Deployments, Firewall, Anti- Virus, DR, Network, Cloud and VOIP Technologies.

You will report to the Managing Director and CFO. You must hold a Full Clean Driver’s License.


Proven ability to work closely with customer and develop excellent working relationships. Must be agile and able to adjust quickly to many different situations and challenges. Must be a fast learner with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences. Solid technical sales or account management background ideally in one or more of the following areas: Managed Service Contracts, Cloud Solutions, Client / Server, desktop deployments, mobility, networking, security, system administration and technical architecture. Business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing client demands Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with all levels of customer personnel. Excellent communication handling clients’ needs and requirements.

3 Yrs + Experience in Technical Sales

Education Requirements: Qualifications in Sales / Marketing and or Computing/Engineering would be an advantage to this role. IT Industry certifications would be beneficial also.



We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join our remote support team based in Glasnevin, Dublin 9. You will provide IT support for end users using a variety of technologies and working in various industries in the SMB market. This role will suit someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and who is passionate about technology and taking their career to the next level.You will report to the Helpdesk Manager and the Technical Director.


  • 2+ years working in a technical support environment
  • Microsoft Server Admin
  • Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
  • Outlook in an Exchange or O365 deployment
  • Windows 7 /8 / 10
  • Virtualization knowledge (VMware/Veeam)
  • Excellent Client PC and Laptop hardware replacement, maintenance and troubleshooting

Skills Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Very Good Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Techniques
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Office365, Exchange etc)
  • Have working knowledge of VMware
  • Very Good Server Administration Skills
  • Understand Cloud Technologies
  • Knowledge of Network Technologies
